nm77 Terms & Conditions – Platform Rules and Player Obligations

1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and nm77 ("nm77", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the nm77.ws website, mobile platform, and all associated services including casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, virtual sports, and payment processing features.

• You must not have been previously self-excluded or permanently banned from the nm77 platform.

nm77 uses automated and manual procedures to verify player eligibility. Any account found to have been registered by or for a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all deposits will be returned to the depositing payment method, less any amounts already wagered.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the nm77 platform. The registration of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited.

• Account names must reflect your legal identity. Accounts registered under pseudonyms, fictitious names, or the names of other persons will be suspended.

4 Deposits and Payments

All deposits to your nm77 account are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). nm77 does not accept foreign currency deposits, and no currency conversion is applied at the platform level. The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing times are displayed at the point of deposit in the nm77 cashier. nm77 does not charge a fee on deposits, though your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which nm77 bears no responsibility.

Funds deposited to nm77 are held in your account balance and are available for wagering immediately upon confirmation of payment. nm77 reserves the right to reverse any deposit that cannot be verified or that is suspected to have been made fraudulently, including chargebacks initiated by the depositing party.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in these Terms. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with nm77's anti-money-laundering procedures.

• All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. nm77 may require documentary proof of identity before processing any withdrawal.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play may only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• nm77 targets a withdrawal processing time of 30 minutes for verified accounts during standard operating hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or for accounts undergoing enhanced due diligence review.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the nm77 platform are governed by the game-specific or sport-specific rules applicable to the relevant product. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager. The following general betting conditions apply across all nm77 products:

• A bet is confirmed and binding once accepted by the nm77 system. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement except where the platform explicitly provides an in-play cash-out or bet-edit function.

9 Account Suspension and Termination

nm77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification within a specified timeframe
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more
• Instruction from a law enforcement authority or regulatory body

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, nm77 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Where closure is initiated by the player (voluntary closure), any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method after completion of standard withdrawal checks.
